The governing body of the apex body which shall have the entire control and management of the business and affairs of the society the administration of all properties movable and immovable of all its institutions and assets and shall have all such powers of the society including the operation of Bank accounts and investment of funds in such modes of securities and deposits as prescribed in the Societies Act and Income Tax and other laws in force from time to time and do all such things generally to carry out of the objects of the society.
